Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within two business days, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Subject to stock availability and confirmation at the time of order.
Convair can arrange transport and delivery on your behalf using our preferred providers. Please note that Convair is not responsible for this service and makes no guarantees on delivery dates and times.

Star Track, road, air freight or next flight service.
Couriers Please (Melbourne metro areas only).
Lightning Transport (Melbourne metro areas only).
You may also nominate your own carrier to be charged to your account.
On request, we can provide consignment note numbers for tracking orders.
The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the size and weight of your consignment, freight method and your location. You will be invoiced the additional cost for each order.
If an item/s is/are back ordered we will deliver the item/s when it/they become available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
This policy covers items that; have been ordered incorrectly, picked incorrectly, damaged in transit and faulty or subject to warranty claim. All returns must be authorised by Convair Engineering Pty Ltd. For items to be returned other than warranty claims must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return an Item
1. Complete the Return Application under the Customer Service link on the webpage www.tonserveur.com to request a Goods Return Advice (GRA) Number.
2. For applications that are approved, you will be issued with a GRA Number.
3. Return goods to Convair Engineering Pty Ltd complete with a copy of the GRA to 93 Miller St, Epping, Victoria, 3076.
Excluding warranty claims, items that are worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling costs.
